Preparation of dilapidation reports before works commenced.
Removal and disposal of all fire damaged internals to the entire property.
Invasive cleaning and remediation works to the entire dwelling to prepare for complete internal refurbishment.
Complete internal refurbishment including kitchen, bathrooms/wet areas, tiling, electrical, plasterboard and painting repairs.
Complete roof tile replacement (approx. 700m2).
