SCOPE OVERVIEW

Demolition & Site Preparation:

• Demolition and removal of existing concrete slab.

• Site preparation including excavation and groundworks for new construction.

• Installation of new in-ground services (electrical, plumbing, drainage, etc.).

Infrastructure & Structural Works:

• Installation of new in-ground services (electrical, plumbing, drainage, etc.).

• Construction of new concrete tilt-up wall panels.

• Installation of new structural steel framework.

• Installation of new roofing system.

• Pouring and finishing of a new concrete slab.

Compliance & Upgrades:

• Installation of all required Building Code of Australia (BCA) and council upgrades, including:

• Window drenchers.

• Electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

Internal Fit-Out:

• Installation of kitchen and wet area facilities.

• Construction and full fit-out of a mezzanine office space.
